Chilly Weather!

It's finally here! the time of year when folks can eat chili ALOT and everyone is perfectly fine with it! We don't really have a preferred season for chili....and it seems we never get tired of it either. Of course the first night is always just a big bowl of chili with Mexican cornbread, then it's on to "3-way chili & spaghetti" a few nights later. THEN the leftover chili morfs into "Frito Pie" at some point.......and finally....hopefully there is just enough left to do chili dogs one evening on down the road!! (If you are lucky!!) I believe in leftovers with your leftovers!!
