OkieSpice Grilled Shrimp

Another Summer Grillin Dish that is so easy......and easy to add other veggies to as well. Onions & Peppers are always cooked a bit before adding if I decide to include them....the shrimp just doesn't need to hang that long on the grill!  They love the company though-and then you have an Asian fusion thing going......serve over Jasmine Rice and sauce it up a little more!

OkieSpice Beer Can Chicken

Our own beer can chicken rule is that the weather has to be warm enough to enjoy a few hours of doing absolutely nothing but waiting on the chicken. And maybe a cocktail or two......most definitely!

Just turn on the music, enjoy the patio, and most definitely no work when waiting on it.......!

You’re welcome!

Our Tuscany Dipping Seasoning is so versatile and we just keep finding new ways to use it! The only problem is we have created a monster time hog in our kitchen! We may have to start mixing it up in bigger quantities......we keep running out!  Better grab 2!

Jacked-Upped Thighs

Grilled chicken doesn’t have to be boring! Marinades don’t have to be store bought! Jack doesn’t need coke! (Well......sorta!) But for this particular concoction, skip the coke!  You can decrease the sodium if you so choose......or add more sugar.....but definitely leave the whiskey(or add more!) for great flavor! Just mix it up and let it do its magic for a few hours! (This marinade works great for pork as well!) Now lets mix up the Jack & Coke!

Tuscany-Grilled Chicken Breasts

Seriously so easy and delicious......and simple to customize to whatever your family likes or doesn’t like! Leave out the spinach.....or add more! Same with mushrooms......of course we think more is better! The best thing about this recipe is using the leftover chicken in a fabulous fresh salad the next evening! Slice it up and add to a romaine salad with some cubed OkieSpice SunDried Tomato Cheese......slice some fresh tomatoes and add a few olives! I love leftovers......esp when they are this easy!
