                                 OkieSpice White Chicken Chili

 2 1/2 # cooked chicken(whole chicken is best)

.......deboned and cut into pieces

(If cooking a whole chicken save the broth......)

Or 1 Large Rotisserie Chicken, deboned

1 onion,chopped

2 Jalapenos,chopped

4 cloves garlic,chopped

1 can Rotel Tomatoes

1 -14 oz can fire roasted tomatoes

3 or 4 cans White Chili Beans, undrained

1/2 cup fire roasted green Chiles

32 oz Chicken Broth

3/4 pkg of OkieSpice Throwdown Chili Mix

Added bonus.......

1 Tsp Poblano Smoked Pepper or more to taste?

(Another great seasoning we offer!)

 

Cook Chicken and save broth .

Sauté onions, jalapeño and garlic in a little oil or butter for 5 minutes. Add chicken and tomatoes......stir around and then add remaining ingredients. Let simmer for an hour or so and then add smoked pepper to taste. Serve topped with cheese and crushed tortillas. Sour cream and guacamole are great on top also!
