OkieSpice Grilled Shrimp




                             BBQ Shrimp & Pineapple


Fresh Pineapple, cored, sliced or cut into small chunks

1 1/2 # Fresh Large or Jumbo Shrimp( 21-25 count), peeled and deveined

2 -3 Tbsp OkieSpice Pineapple Serrano Rub

1/3 cup Truman & Wayne’s Grilling & BBQ Sauce


Heat grill. Thread about 4 to 5 pieces each of Pineapple & Shrimp onto metal skewers, alternating between both. Sprinkle both sides liberally with Pineapple Serrano Rub. Grill over medium/high heat for about 8 minutes, basting with grilling sauce right before turning. Continue grilling for another 7 or 8 minutes while basting with remaining sauce. Remove from grill and enjoy.
